By accessing and using MP3 Tag Editor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Service Description

MP3 Tag Editor provides online tools for editing audio file metadata. We offer both free and paid (Pro) tiers with different feature sets and usage limits.

Free Service

  • Edit up to 5 audio files at once
  • All core metadata editing features
  • Browser-based processing (no file upload)
  • Ad-supported experience
  • Processing queue with wait times

Pro Service ($4.99/month)

  • Batch edit up to 50 files at once
  • Instant processing (no queue)
  • Ad-free experience
  • Edit history and cloud save
  • Priority support

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Not use the service to process copyrighted material without proper rights
  • Not abuse or overload our systems
  • Provide accurate information when creating a Pro account

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your audio files and metadata. We claim no ownership over files you process using our service. The MP3 Tag Editor service, including its code, design, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements. You use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, corrupted files, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro service in the past 12 months.

Pro Subscription Terms

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month
  • You can cancel anytime - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with the Pro service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at mp3tageditor2026@outlook.com for a full refund.

After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify Pro users of significant changes via email.
